Currently working on a Masters Degree in Creative Writing, Gabrielle leads the Herstory Circle: Rewrite your History for a More Positively Scripted Future for Gather the Women, teaches classes for women seeking to deconstruct the conditioning of patriarchy and operates a website with resources for reprogramming the brain to become aware of the propensities in all of us that make violence against women socially acceptable. Using a variety of practices that foster growth and creativity, all centered around awareness, the website offers many free downloads to change behavior, thinking and perspective. Gabrielle is a FELDENKRAIS® practitioner & iRest® Meditation instructor with twenty-nine years of experience in meditation, self-inquiry and rewriting emotional abuse into new ways of relating.
